Terms & Conditions

1. You will become a member of the 20/20 Club or the 30/40 Club through a one-off payment on your credit or debit card of £20.00 (for the 20/20 Club) and £30.00 (for the 30/40 Club).
2. Membership entitles you in the case of the 20/20 Club to a unique voucher code valid for 6 months and a discount of 20% on purchases made, and in the case of the 30/40 Club to a unique voucher code valid for 12 months and a discount of 40% on purchases made.
3. Members may apply their discounts to all teas, herbs and spices offered on this website.
4. There is no limit to the number of purchases members may make during the time their voucher code is valid.
5. No other vouchers or special offers may be used with the Club membership discount for the purpose of accumulating or combining discounts, except as in 6. below, and except for any offers of free postage made by Hambleden from time to time.
6. If during the course of occasional promotional activity Hambleden does offer any products on the website at discounts equal to or greater than the discount available to Club members under the terms of their membership, Hambleden undertakes to contact members affected, by email, and to issue them with an additional voucher code valid for the duration of such a promotion and entitling them to a further discount of 5% on top of any such promotional discount available to non-members.
7. 20/20 and 30/40 Club membership is not available to trade accounts, only to consumers.
8. Discounts through Club membership are applicable to the price of products before, in the case of frankincense and myrrh, the addition of VAT, and are not applicable to any shipping costs.
9. Delivery terms and all other terms and conditions remain as per the general Terms and Conditions of this website.
