Cloves are the dried flower buds of an evergreen tree. They are one of the most versatile of all the spices, and add a pungent, sweet flavour to both sweet and savoury dishes.

Whether used to spike a ham before roasting with brown sugar and mustard, to give a distinctive flavour to your curry or added to mulled wine, Cloves will infuse the dish with their unique sweet, pungent flavour.

Please remember to remove Cloves from dishes before serving.
