Cloves are the dried flower buds of an evergreen tree. They are one of the most versatile of all the spices, and add a pungent, sweet flavour to both sweet and savoury dishes.

Whether used in baking, to give a distinctive flavour to your curry or added to mulled wine, Ground Cloves will infuse the dish with their unique sweet, pungent flavour. Ground Cloves are perfect in dishes where the flavour of cloves is desired but whole cloves would not be suitable, such as in baking or sauces.
