Our Hot Spice mix is a perfect base to many curry dishes.
Particularly good in Indian and Caribbean curries this blend gives heat from chillies and ginger and depth from cumin, turmeric and fenugreek. Don’t just think curries though; a pinch of Hot Spice will transform a tomato pasta sauce to pasta arrabiata. Dust chicken wings with flour seasoned with a bit of Hot Spice and you’ll have spicy wings; in fact anything that needs spicing up is just calling out for this useful addition to the spice cupboard.
