Rosemary

Another typically English herb, although Rosemary originates near the Mediterranean, its name meaning “dew of the sea”.

It was introduced to Britain by the Romans and has remained a much loved herb ever since. It has a range of medical and culinary uses and was believed by the ancient Greeks to increase brainpower. We are not claiming that our pure organic Rosemary will help your kids pass their exams but it will certainly help you create some wonderful roasted lamb, chicken or vegetables. Rosemary also gives a delicious country flavour when used in jams, jellies, biscuits and cakes.
