This easy to prepare non-alcoholic drink will impress your family and friends. Even the kids will be able to enjoy it.
MOROCCAN SUNSHINE
8 cups (2 ltr) Orange Juice
3 Cinnamon Sticks
5 tsp (25ml) Star Anise
2½ tsp (12ml) Sumac
2½ tsp (12ml) Saffron
1 Pear
1 tsp (25ml) Ground Cinnamon
In a saucepan, combine orange juice, cinnamon sticks, star anise and sumac. Steep for 5 minutes on a low boil.
Add Saffron and let cool.
Strain and pour into cocktail glasses and serve on the rocks.
Garnish with thin slices of pear and ground cinnamon.
