Easy to make mulled juice and wine, with our award winning Mulling Spice Pouchettes.
Mulled Wine
For every litre of wine or juice, use one pouch of our mulling spice mix.
Empty the wine/juice into a large pan, cut up one orange for each litre of wine/juice and add to pan. Add the number of mulling spice pouchettes needed, add brown sugar or honey to sweeten to taste and simmer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, taste mulled wine for strength of mulling flavour and continue to simmer until desired taste is reached.
Serve warm.
