Easy to make mulled juice and wine, with our award winning Mulling Spice Pouches.
Mulled Juice
For every litre of juice, use one pouch of our mulling spice mix.
Empty the juice into a large pan, add number of mulling spice pouches needed, add brown sugar or honey to sweeten to taste and simmer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, taste mulled juice for strength of mulling flavour and continue to simmer until desired taste is reached.
Serve warm.
Mulled Wine
For every litre of wine, use one pouch of our mulling spice mix.
Empty the wine into a large pan, cut up one orange for each litre of wine and add to pan. Add number of mulling spice pouches needed, add brown sugar or honey to sweeten to taste and simmer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, taste mulled wine for strength of mulling flavour and continue to simmer until desired taste is reached.
