Try some of these delicious Pork Wraps. They are delicately seasoned with China Spice, soy sauce and hoi sin sauce.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
700g pork loin joint, fat and skin removed
5tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp Demerara sugar
2tbsp orange juice
3tbsp tomato puree
1tsp China Spice
12-16 Chinese pancake wraps
6tbsp hoi sin sauce
1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced longways
1 small cucumber, finely sliced longways
1. Pre-heat oven to 190ÂșC, Gas Mark 5. Make 6x2.5cm (1in) deep cuts into the pork joint. Line a roasting tin with a double layer of tin foil and place the port in the centre of tin.
2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, orange juice, tomato puree and China Spice. Spoon over port, then scrunch up the foil around the sides of the pork to form an open parcel and roast for 1hr, basting occasionally, until cooked through.
3. Remove the pork from the oven and allow it to stand for 5mins. Finely slice the meat, shredding it if possible, and toss back into the roasting tin with the cooking sauces. Baste with the flavoured juices and grill for 5 mins, to crisp up meat.
4. To serve, warm the wrappers and spread with hoi sin sauce, spring onions and cucumber. Top with the crispy pork and roll up.
