Using the traditional method of sausage meat, shallots, breadcrumbs etc, this Traditional Christmas stuffing recipe is one of the best
Christmas Stuffing
Ingredients
1 kg sausage meat
6 shallots, diced
2 sticks celery, chopped
8 tbsp wholemeal breadcrumbs
50 g almonds
Zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tbsp Thyme
3 tbsp Parsley
2 tsp Allspice
Method
Place all ingredients into a very large bowl and mix them
together. Cover and chill for about 36 hours allowing
flavours to develop before stuffing turkey.
