A very easy and yet tasty recipe for a different kind of stuffing to have with your Christmas Meal this year.
Mushroom Stuffing
Ingredients
3 cups breadcrumbs
6 tbls melted butter
½ cup chopped mushrooms
2 tsp salt or to taste
½ tsp chopped thyme
1 tsp finely ground parsley
Method
Mix ingredients in order given, stirring until breadcrumbs are moist.
Use to stuff chicken or other poultry or bake separately in oven.
